[Ep5] – Watermelon Lemonade Smoothie

Watermelon is a delicious and refreshing fruit that is good for your health as it is soaked with a high-water content and less sugar. Watermelon is rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, potassium, and fiber. Moreover, watermelon is a great source of lycopene, which can reduce the high risk of skin cancer. It can also prevent liver damage and improve kidney health.

Ingredients:

  • Watermelon
  • Lemons
  • Honey
  • Fresh mints
  • Vital Premium Water

Instructions:

  • First, slice and grate the watermelon this way. You can also slice into small pieces as you prefer, as long as it is easier to shake.
  • Then, use 2-3 lemons to squeeze the juice and keep aside.
  • Next step, blend watermelon with a cup of honey and lemon juice, and add Vital Premium Water into blender
  • To make a good smoothie, now add some ice cubes and blend them together
  • Blend until the mixture is mostly smooth. Now a glass of refreshing watermelon smoothie is done!
