[Ep6] – Carrot Juice with Orange and Ginger

Carrot is a type of root vegetable that can be made as many foods or drinks as you prefer. Carrot juice has many benefits for physical health and beauty. The richness of vitamin A in carrot juice can prevent the onset of heart disease and stroke. On the other hand, this vitamin is best for eyes health, also maintains the hormones of the internal organs to be healthy to prevent various infections.

Ingredients:

  • Carrots
  • Oranges
  • Ginger
  • Honey
  • Vital Premium Water

Instructions:

  • First, peel the carrots and ginger and slice them into small pieces
  • Then, we use about 2 oranges to squeeze the juice and keep aside.
  • Then, blend the carrots and ginger together and add Vital Premium Drink into blender to get smooth mixture and easy to blend
  • To make a good smoothie, now add some ice cubes and blend them together
  • Blend until the mixture is mostly smooth. Now a glass of refreshing watermelon smoothie is done!
  • After blending well, filter or strain only the juice
  • Add orange juice and a cup of honey to get delicious sweet and sour
  • Stir it well and add a little ice! Now we have a delicious glass of carrot juice mixed with orange and ginger!
