[Ep8] – Lemongrass and Ginger Tea

Ginger and lemongrass are natural remedies that have many health benefits. It contains antioxidants that reduce the risk of diseases caused by viruses. This tea also cures colds and fevers quickly, which is excellent for rainy season.

Ingredients:

  • Lemongrass
  • Ginger
  • Lemon
  • Sugar
  • Vital Premium Water

Instructions:

  • First, slice lemongrass and ginger into fine slices. Then, lightly crush them so that it will release its fragrant once boiling
  • Boil 1 liter of water, and add about 250g of sugar in the pot
  • Next, add lemongrass and ginger and boil them in water for 5 to 7 minutes
  • While waiting for the water to boil, squeeze 2-3 lemons and put aside
  • Let it cool a bit for about 30 minutes, strain and add lemon juice, then stir it well
  • Add honey to taste and serve!

It is recommended to drink a cup of hot tea every morning or after exercise because it can detox your body better.
