o Knowledge utilization
– Monitor the effectiveness of knowledge management.
– Develop knowledge management SOP/Policy for sustainable company growth.
– Be a trainer.
– Involve in the development and maintain the effective use of database management system (incorporated in HRIS system).
– Involve and support DnT strategy plan.
– Assist Manager DnT to develop OFL Academy.
– Other tasks assigned by Manager DnT.
Job Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor degree or master in education, psychology, human resource development or relevant fields
- Experiences:
- 3-years experiences in employee learning and development (in private sector)
- Skills and knowledge:
- Negotiating and influence skills
- Strong understanding of human behaviors and ability to motivate people
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Great writing skill
- Broad knowledge and ability to develop and enforce policy/ procedure
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office and other useful software)
- Language: Khmer and English (excellent)
