Key Responsibilities
1. Develop the audit program for assigned audits while there is no existing audit program
2. Supervise and review the documentation, provide results and conclusion of tasks performed by junior internal auditors to ensure the success and professional standards of the assignments.
3. Identify and define issue and review and analyses evidence
4. Assist in recommendation based on independent judgement of corrective action and suggests improvements to operations and reductions in cost
5. Write audit reports for distributing to management and senior management and documenting the results of the audit
6. Maintain internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires, recommending new policies and procedures
7. Communicate audit findings by preparing a final report, discussing findings with auditees
8. Adheres to all organizational and professional ethical standards.
Job Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor degree or master in education, psychology, human resource development or relevant fields
- Experiences:
- Experience in auditing or Audit Firm is advantage
- Skills and knowledge:
- Fluent in English Communication
- High attention to details and excellent analytical skills
- Sound independent judgement
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
- Advanced computer skills on Ms. Office
- Self-motivated, honest, integrity, committed, and hard workings
