Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure that safety plan is defined and implemented in any applied areas
2. Enforce, and lead and coach safety team to support the implementation of work safety procedures
3. Investigate and evaluate every incident related to work safety (if any) making sure that necessary information/data are well captured, analyzed and reported for improvement.
4. Manage security teams both internal and outsource to control order and security of company facilities and assets as well as control.
5. Manage cleaning and gardening teams to offer a clean, healthy and welcoming work environment for every employee.
6. Conduct environmental impact assessment and propose responses to support the implementation of environmental management system
7. Liaise and manage relevant contracts with external services providers to ensure all agreed work or services.
8. Provide leadership and management orientation to team members to ensure optimal staff capacity and career development.
9. Liaise with all functions to ensure that relevant administration supports required are well responded in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree Management or any relevant fields
- Experiences:
- 5-year relevant experiences in work safely management and administration
- Skills and knowledge:
- HSE management system
- Administration and project management
- Good command of computer literacy (Microsoft office)
- Good command of Khmer and English (Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Reading)
