Supervisor, Delivery

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and monitor day-to-day delivery operation to ensure high and effective delivery outcomes
2. Lead and guide delivery team to fully support operation in order to achieve KPIs
3. Coordinate with other relevant functions to get jobs done in an effective manner
4. Implement delivery plan to ensure that delivery operations follow SOPs
5. Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers to ensure that all COD (Cash on Delivery) payments are correctly collected by all drivers with zero fraud behavior
6. Develop and implement payment procedure to ensure that goods are correctly delivered to customers and every single invoice is correctly signed by customer
7. Implement ISO policy ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 2200:2005
8. Other tasks assigned by superior

Job Qualifications

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
  2. Experiences:
    •  2-year experience in Delivery/Logistics Management
  3. Skills and knowledge:
    • Computer Literacy (Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SAGE ERP or SAP ERP)
    • Demonstrate good command of English
    • Demonstrate coaching, negotiation and problem solving skill
    • Demonstrate high level of analytical and presentation skills
    • Good knowledge in Mathematics
