Officer, Administration

Job Summary

The overall role of Officer, Administration is to perform and ensure basic administrative tasks of the administration operations is well executed

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collect and consolidate requests from all functions to prepare monthly purchase request for office supplies and stationary.
  2. Oversee and closely monitor the process of acquiring, distribution and storage of office equipment and supplies to prevent inventory loss, damage and so on.
  3. Keeping admin petty cash, submit and reconcile monthly expense reports
  4. Collect and consolidate requests from all functions to prepare monthly purchase request for office supplies and stationery
  5. Liaising with vendors and suppliers
  6. Documenting processes and keeping maintenance records.
  7. Ensure office is kept clean and organized all times
  8. Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments​ for monthly operation meeting
  9. Other tasks as required

 

Key Challenges

  1. Be able to monitor all office supplies and space to ensure stock is always available upon request
  2. Demonstrate details-oriented attitude and multi-tasking skill

 

Qualifications

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management
  2. Experiences:
    • Fresh graduate is welcomed
    • 1-year experiences in administration work
  3. Skills and knowledge:
    • Be able to control stock
    • Communication Skill
    • Good command of computer literacy (Microsoft office)
    • Good command of Khmer and English (Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Reading)
