Officer, Facility Maintenance

Job Summary

The overall role of Officer, Facility Maintenance is to maintain facility and monitor the work of cleaning leader to ensure that all assigned areas are well cleaned, hygiene, convenience using of facilities and kept in order as per requirement standards

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain facility checklist and report to make sure they are able to use as usual
  2. Process, oversee to cleaning team leader to produce the hygiene and complied with standard
  3. Upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standard
  4. Inspecting building facilities to determine the need for repair
  5. Develop and implement and evaluation about facilities maintenance to be well control
  6. Other job will be assigned by Officer, premise

 

Key Challenges

  1. Be able to work with cross function as needed the help
  2. Demonstrate details oriented attitude

 

Qualifications

  1. Education:
    • High school degree or relevant (Bachelor degree is a plus)
  2. Experiences:
    • Minimum 1 year working experience in cleaning services provision and facilities maintenance
  3. Skills and knowledge:
    • Cleaning skill
    • Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
    • Able to use initiative and work unsupervised
    • Faculties maintenances skill
    • Ability to work under pressure and hot environment
    • Computer literacy is a plus
