• Sourcing, phone call/video screen applicants and identifying strong candidates, and schedule interviews with speed and efficiency
• Design job poster & job advertisement
• Schedule and arrange one to one meeting.
• Data entry all candidate’s information to master list/candidate pool
• Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality with our candidates
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirements
1. Education:
o Bachelor Degree of Business Administrative or equivalent
o Bachelor Degree of Business Administrative or equivalent
2. Skills and knowledge:
o Knowledge in Cambodia Labor Law
o Have strong talent networks
o Be digitalized oriented
o Good communication and report presentation
o Computer literacy (Microsoft office and other useful software)
o Language: Strong command both Khmer and English
