Operator, SSN Production

Job Summary

The overall role of Operator, SSN Production is to operate, monitor process, trouble shoot of equipment in seasoning production and packaging process to ensure the right quality and quantity and restore the basic condition of plant equipment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute CILT (Clean, Inspection, Lubrication and Tightening) and monitor daily running of packaging machine as per schedule of seasoning production to ensure production line runs smoothly.
  2. Ensure scheduling the preventive maintenance on lubrication, pneumatic devices, plumbing, heating, low-voltage electrical systems to restore basic condition of noodle production machine.
  3. Contribute and investigate Root Cause Failure Analysis by following the operation manual and troubleshooting of feeder, dough sheet combining machine, continuous pressing roller, waving unit, steam tunnel to ensure the production run smoothly with high productivity and with Occupational Health and Safety manner.
  4. Ensure the sustainability in the actual practice of ISO (QMS, FSMS, EMS), GMP and HACCP to achieve highest quality and food safety in the seasoning production process.
  5. Improve and maintain 7S (5S + Security & Safety) and Visual Management within Production Area to enhance housekeeping, hygienic, and harmonizing.
  6. Complete documentation of machine operation to keep tracking machine performance.
  7. Support the performance and attendance of casual staff to manage work allocation
  8. Other tasks will be assigned time to time

  1. Motivating and coaching direct reports to attain high skills level meet daily operational requirements and to satisfy budgeted levels
  2. Be able to perform multi-task and work under pressure with result-oriented
  3. Demonstrate strong team player and be able to work with team with different personality

 

Qualifications

  1. Education:
  • University degree in Food Science, Engineering, Agro Industry or equivalent
  1. Experiences:
  • Fresh graduate or 1-year experience in production or equivalent in FMCG Manufacturing
  1. Skills and knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of the principles of manufacturing management and interdependencies.
  • Working knowledge of ISO, GMP, 5S and HACCP in a manufacturing environment
  • Competencies in computer and Microsoft offices skills
  • Good level of English (Writing, listening and Speaking)
