Job Summary
- To provide support in development of the policies and standard operating procedures to all Functions to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with all Functions to create and revise policies and standard operating procedures in response to the need and for improvement of the business operations.
- Develop process workflow and drafting narratives in the established templates in consultation with all Function.
- Provide guidance and orientation to all Functions on a new development of and an amendment to policies and standard operating procedures in line with IMS requirement.
- Coordinate an orientation on the approved policies and standard operating procedures to relevant Functions to ensure that all relevant employees are familiar with relevant policy and procedure changes.
- Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are developed in line with regulatory and statutory in force by keeping an eye on the existing or revised regulatory and statutory.
- Assist in preparation for ISO audits and responses.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Key Challenges
- To work on diverse processes for manufacturing and trading.
- To work with all Functions to handle tasks with tight schedule.
Qualifications
Education:
o Master’s degree in Business Administration, English or equivalent.
Experiences:
- Three year working experience in development of policies and standard operating policy.
- Experience in preparation and responses to ISO audit is a plus.
Skills and knowledge:
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Knowledge of diverse business processes in a wide range of industries.
- Competency in using Microsoft package. Ability to operate MS Visio is a plus.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good inter-personnel skills with an ability to work as a team.
