Executive, HoReCa & Corporate

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop sale strategies to secure and expand market within planned budget and management direction
2. Plan and monitor budget expenditures for HoReCa & Corporate to ensure that all expenditures are in line with department’s budget plan.
3. Build good relationship with customers to maintain highest possible customer satisfaction in HoReCa & Corporate channels
4. Maintain company product’s competitive advantage over competitors through excellent customer services, including source of supply and pricing
5. Implement merchandizing planograms to achieve Picture of Perfect Outlet
6. Provide evaluation, market analysis and recommendations to improve HoReCa and Corporate performance
7. Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields
  2. Experiences:
    • Possess 3 years of experience in sales, preferably with FMCG or Trading
    • Experience in HoReCa channel
  3. Skills and knowledge:
    • Demonstrate good communication
    • Brand and trade marketing experience, specifically in the area of trade activities is an advantage
    • Ability to work as team and independently,
    • Emotional stability and ability to work under pressure,
    • Proactive, open-minded and positive attitude,
    • Proficient in English (written and spoken), Chinese a plus,
    • Basic computer skills: competent in Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point
