Manager, Delivery

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
  2. Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction
  3. Develop scope and budget for delivery activities and projects to meet function’s objective and translate strategy into actions
  4. Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving
  5. Make critical function’s activities decision to meet and support company’s expectations
  6. Evaluate the performance of team members and determine improvement needs to be efficiencies and pragmatic
  7. Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
  8. Build positive and productive working relationships with cross functions and customers for business growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or equivalent
  2. Experiences:
    • At least 5-year experience in logistics or supply chain
  3. Skills and knowledge:
    • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
    • Proficient in standard distribution and logistics management
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills and analyze financial records to improve efficiency
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
