Job Summary
The overall role of Officer, Administration is to perform and ensure basic administrative tasks of the administration operations is well executed
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate requests from all functions to prepare monthly purchase request for office supplies and stationary.
- Oversee and closely monitor the process of acquiring, distribution and storage of office equipment and supplies to prevent inventory loss, damage and so on.
- Keeping admin petty cash, submit and reconcile monthly expense reports
- Collect and consolidate requests from all functions to prepare monthly purchase request for office supplies and stationery
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers
- Documenting processes and keeping maintenance records.
- Ensure office is kept clean and organized all times
- Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for monthly operation meeting
- Other tasks as required

- Be able to monitor all office supplies and space to ensure stock is always available upon request
- Demonstrate details-oriented attitude and multi-tasking skill
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management
- Experiences:
- Fresh graduate is welcomed
- 1-year experiences in administration work
- Skills and knowledge:
- Be able to control stock
- Communication Skill
- Good command of computer literacy (Microsoft office)
- Good command of Khmer and English (Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Reading)
