Officer, Production Admin Inventory

Key Responsibilities

  1. Input material usage daily, weekly, quarterly and annual reports.
  2. Input date must be accurate, on time.
  3. Manage production report and submit document.
  4. Manage records and documents of the production department.
  5. Make sure the reports are neatly organized, complete and clear, easy to find out.
  6. Implement and enforce the sustainability in the actual practice of ISO (QMS, FSMS, EMS), GMP and HACCP among subordinates to support high quality of ISO policy.
  7. Implement and maintain 7S (5S + Security & Safety) and Visual Management within Production Area to enhance housekeeping, hygienic, and harmonizing.
  8. Other tasks will be assigned time to time.

 

Qualifications

  1. Education:
  • High school, Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  1. Experiences:
  • Fresh graduate or 1-year experience or equivalent in the manufacturing
  1. Skills and knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of ISO, GMP and HACCP in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of safety in work place
  • Competencies in computer and Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent level of English (Writing, listening and Speaking)
