Technician, Electrical and Automation

Job Summary

The overall role of Technician, Electrical and Automation is to perform engineering tasks and work with engineering team for continuous electrical operation improvement to ensure efficiency and profitability in order to support the overall operation goal and company objective.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform daily engineering operation, perform maintenance requests, monitor building maintenance, and support operation team to ensure efficient plant operations
  2. Execute maintenance plan and continuously implement it to ensure that all relevant maintenance parts are sourced and reported in a timely manner to minimize breakdown and operation runs smoothly
  3. Examine needs on spare parts to minimize the unplanned stop with cost optimization.
  4. Work with facilities team, third party, and sub-contractors to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time and complied with ISO (QMS, EMS, FSMS, GMP, and HACCP) standard requirement and Occupational Health and Safety.
  5. Implement 7S (5S, Safety and Security) at Plant areas to ensure the efficiency and improvements in the work environment.
  6. Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), identify problems, and take prompt action on reliable repair and maintenance service responding to problems occurred.
  7. Complete daily operation report, maintenance plan, and building maintenance and report to Supervisor, Electrical and Automation to monitor maintenance and inspection plans
  8. Other tasks will be assigned time to time

  1. Be able to acquire new technology in order to set up and maintenance machine
  2. Be able to perform multiple tasks with high commitment and strong organizational skill
  3. Demonstrate self-starter attitude and be able to work under tight deadline

Qualifications

  1. Education:
  • High school, Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree in Technical Skill, Engineering or equivalent
  1. Experiences:
  • 4 years of experience in Technical Management or equivalent in FMCG Manufacturing
  1. Skills and knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of ISO, GMP, 5S and HACCP in a manufacturing environment
  • Competencies in computer and Microsoft offices skills
  • Good level of English (Writing, listening and Speaking)
