[Ep10] – Beetroot Smoothie

Beetroots are high in Vitamin A, which can improve vision, especially for people with cataracts. It also contains antioxidants that can prevent you from various diseases. Moreover, Beetroots specialize in producing blood cells. It is highly recommended for people with anemia and women during menstruation

Ingredients:

  • Beetroot
  • Ginger
  • Oranges
  • Honey
  • Vital Premium Water

Instructions:

  • First, slice melon and cucumber into fine slice
  • Then, squeeze the limes and set aside
  • Now, blend the melon and cucumber slices, add lemon juice and honey, with a bit of Vital Premium Water, and put some ice cubes
  • Blend until it fully mixed
  • Now we have a delicious and healthy drink with minimal time and budge!
  • To make this drink, first, slice the beetroots and gingers into fine pieces
  • Then, squeeze 2-3 oranges, avoid the seeds, and set aside
  • Next, blend ingredients, add orange juice and honey, with Vital Premium Water and some ice cubes. Blend until it fully mixed
  • There are many options you can make Beetroot drinks; make it into smoothies or juices

For the first-timers, you may smell it a bit heavy, but the taste is amazingly delicious.
