Key Responsibilities
- Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
- Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction
- Develop scope and budget for delivery activities and projects to meet function’s objective and translate strategy into actions
- Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving
- Make critical function’s activities decision to meet and support company’s expectations
- Evaluate the performance of team members and determine improvement needs to be efficiencies and pragmatic
- Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
- Build positive and productive working relationships with cross functions and customers for business growth and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or equivalent
- Experiences:
- At least 5-year experience in logistics or supply chain
- Skills and knowledge:
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Proficient in standard distribution and logistics management
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills and analyze financial records to improve efficiency
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
