Officer, Process and Control

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and file all approved policies, procedures and documented information in a retrieval manner in accordance with standard requirement.
  2. Ensure that approved policies, procedures and documented information are strictly control.
  3. Ensure that all policies, procedures and documented information are up to date.
  4. Establish and provide orientation to all relevant Functions on access and use of approved policies, procedures and documented information.
  5. Oversee and control all IMS document records and movement such as document establishment and amendment, copied document holder in order to meet document control standard.
  6. Keep all relevant Functions updated on any changes in IMS requirements, regulatory and statutory.
  7. Provide support to all Functions in development or amendment to policies, process flowchart and standard operating procedures in line with changes in IMS requirements, regulatory and statutory.
  8. Perform other tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  1. Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Business Administration or equivalent.
  1. Experiences:
  • Two year working experience in handling IMS document control/requirements or administration tasks.
  • Experience in assisting in development of policies and standard operating procedures is a pl
  1. Skills and knowledge:
  • Excellent English writing skills.
  • Good presentation and organizational skills.
  • Competency in using Microsoft package Ability to operate MS Visio is a plus.
  • Good inter-personnel skills with an ability to work as a tea
  • Integrity.
